AVP - Store Planning

Lead the activities of the store planning team related to new store
openings, remodels and relocations to ensure the delivery of
well-functioning and well-merchandised stores.To create and maintain a standardized corporate image and identity by defining signature visual elements that are in sync with business needs and to ensure an exciting shopping ambience which attracts customers.

Store Planner

Create preliminary plan design drawings for new store development and remodels. Negotiate prototypical standards with Landlord Tenant Coordinators, and manage changes with Architects. Track all Division
Design Review changes to coordinate with working drawings. Assist in day-to-day CADD requirements relative to the management of prototype
documents.

Creative Director

Direct all aspects of visual merchandising to ensure Louis'' vision is
represented throughout all departments.

The Visual Manager reports to the store General Manager and the key responsibilities for this position will be to provide leadership in the execution of the visual standards of company throughout the store. Primary responsibilities include planning, developing and executing visual presentation events to advance the store and company''s business objectives. Must consistently follow corporate guidelines in implementing visual standards. Must be able to demonstrate flexibility and adapt to changing circumstances.

Assures all store design projects for Company retail stores are created, implemented, and completed on schedule and within budget. Assures compliance to company design standards, shopping center design criteria and building codes. Assures planning, administration and coordination of the design process
and project management activities for all assigned new stores, retrofits, expansions and relocations performed in-house and by outsourced Store Planning Management partners, including architectural and engineering consultants.
