Please read the following disclaimer carefully and render your acceptance of the stated terms below:


1. This service is provided for the convenience of its members. ISP Job Site is not an employment agency, an employer or recuiter; ISP is not acting for or on behalf of any employment agency, recruiter, employer or candidate. ISP is simply providing a medium through which those seeking employment and those seeking employees may contact one another.

2. The Candidate must enter information to be determined by ISP. Candidates should be aware that the required information entry form was designed solely for ease of conducting searches of the database. It is the employer’s or recruiter's responsibility to see that it does not obtain, or unlawfully use, any information it is not permitted to have or act on.

3. We shall not be responsible for the accuracy of Information posted by a Job Candidate on the ISP Job Site web site. ISP shall not verify, review, or revise Information prior to posting.

4. ISP will not make Information available for review and search by Employers. ISP makes no warranty, guarantee, or representation with respect to an Employer’s and/or a Candidate’s ability to obtain employment with an Employer. ISP shall not post a resume to an Employer before it has obtain permission from the candiate. Resumes will be sent to recruiters for the purpose to contact Candidate.

5. After permission has been granted to post a resume to an Employer, ISP requests that Employers contact Candidates only for employment-related purposes. The Candidate, however, acknowledges that any contact made by an Employer is beyond the control and regulation of ISP. The Candidate further acknowledges that ISP shall be neither responsible nor liable for any contact made by an Employer.

6. While ISP does now offer a confidentiality option users should be aware that confidentiality cannot be guaranteed or assured with absolute certainty due to the nature of the Internet medium; despite the diligent, reasonable efforts ISP takes to honor a Candidate’s request for confidentiality, ISP cannot and does not assume any responsibility or liability in the event a Candidate’s identity becomes known through use of this service.

7. Candidates should also be advised that while ISP does require Employers using the service to make certain promises regarding the use of information retrieved from the site, Candidates will have no cause of action against ISP for breach of these promises, nor is ISP acting on behalf of Candidates in requiring such promises, nor should Candidates regard themselves as third party beneficiaries of such promises.
